Project Management, EPC & Turnkey Solutions

1. Conventional Energy Projects
  • 130 MW Generator Rewind (Pakistan)

    • Executed GE’s first full stator rewind in Pakistan.

    • Managed multi-vendor coordination and client engagement.

    • Secured a follow-up order worth $2.2M.

  • Power Plant Rehabilitation (Afghanistan)

    • Led feasibility and commercial planning for Kabul’s national power plant.

    • Secured a $17M infrastructure rehabilitation opportunity.

  • 16 MW O&G Generator Overhaul

    • Delivered a complex stator rewind involving asbestos compliance.

    • Drove repeat projects valued at $2.3M each.

  • 180MW Thermal Power K-electric Project

    • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and major upgrades.

    • Customer relationship management and long-term service contracts.

2. Renewable Energy Projects
  • PV System Integration (Germany)

    • Led design, compliance, and commissioning of solar PV systems using Enphase and Fronius.

    • Handled grid registration and certification processes.

    • Expertise in grid-connected and hybrid systems (PV + storage solutions) to maximize energy self-sufficiency.

    • Conducting profitability analyses, yield forecasts (tools: Open Solar, Sunny Design), and implementing energy management systems.

    • Project management for commercial solar/wind parks (500 kWp–50 MWp), including permit management, grid connection, and compliance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and subsidy requirements.

      • 0.5 to 30MW Solar PV projects in Pakistan

      • 50MW ZEPHYR Wind power project Pakistan

  • Gas Engines for Decarbonization (EMEA)

    • Enabled distributed generation with INNIO Jenbacher gas engines.

    • Oversaw over $45M in sales across MENA & Pakistan.

3. Transition & Microgrids
  • Distributed Generation Programs (MENA)

    • Managed the world’s largest network of Jenbacher distributors (1,500+ staff).

    • Supported microgrid adoption with long-term service and decentralized power models.

  • APM for Grid Reliability

    • Rolled out Asset Performance Management solutions.

    • Enhanced predictive maintenance and grid stability for distributed assets.

4. MRO, Upgrades & Retrofits
  • Fleet-Wide Overhauls (INNIO Jenbacher)

    • Directed retrofits and corrective programs across a fleet of 250+ gas engines.

    • Addressed systemic failures with OEM coordination and upgrade execution.

  • GE Turbomachinery Upgrades

    • Led upgrade projects for gas and steam turbines in public/IPP sectors.

    • Managed full life cycle from contract acquisition to execution.

5. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
